Please take note of the following changes in School Abbreviation for 2012.

Anglo Chinese School (Primary) - ACS(P)
Anglo Chinese School (Junior) - ACS(J)
Tanjong Katong Primary School - TKP
Telok Kurau Primary School - TKPS

National Schools Rope Skipping Championship 2012

Online Registration will open on 24th Feb. We have sent out emails to all participating schools. 

Registration

  1. Login and proceed to "Registration" (Main Menu)
  2. Confirm the divisions that you are participating.
  3. Update the teachers and coaches information.
  4. Update the students' information.
  5. Update the events that the students are participating.
  6. Print the Summary under "Report".

The Rope Skipping Judging Workshop will be held on 28 February (Creative) & 29 February (Speed) @ Rulang Primary School, from 2.30pm - 5.30pm (both days).

Tentative Order of Event is ready for download. In addition, we have generated Event Schedule Overview for your Quick Reference (Please see attachment below).

There will be a briefing for schools interested in participating in the Track & Field Championships 2012.
Date: 13 Feb 2012
Time: 2:30pm
Venue: PESEB Auditorium (Former CCAB)

Registration Period: 13 Feb 2012 to 2 Mar 2012.

We have set a limit of 20 athletes per school per division. Please let us know if you need to submit more athletes.

Please refer to download for more information especially the Rules & Regulations and User Guide on Online Registration.

Online Registration & Login Information

Online registration are available for Badminton, Sepak Takraw. We are currently testing importing of players' information from excel file. Teachers-in-charge can create the excel file (S/No, Nric No, Name, Race, Nationality columns) or download from school cockpit under Reports, CCA, Student transactions, Membership list and send to admin@schoolsports.sg and we will import for you to save you time on manually entering the information. However, do take note that you will still be responsible for verifying the information once we import for you.

Message for Game Advisors and Organising Secretaries

Contact admin@schoolsports.sg if you require assistance with login, creating of pages for your game, or assigning rights to the zone organising secretaries to upload the fixtures or results for their respective zones or divisions. Change the date of submission to the current date by submitting a blank value for "Authoring Information"->"Authored on". If you are using IE8 and having problem with your layout, please proceed to Tools->Compability View Settings and uncheck Display all websites in Compability View.

SPSSC Rugby 2012

Zone Tournaments

Registration is now open. Closing for each zone and division is set by the organising secretaries. All teachers in charge should lready received their login information via email.

We are testing out importing of data from csv (excel). You may download the attached excel template, update the information and send to admin@schoolsports.sg. We will import the data for you.

Senior Division - Age limit -
Players must be under 13 years and under ( 11 years and above to 13 years old ) on 1st January 2012 to play in the Senior Division. ( Those born on 1 Jan 1999 – 31 Dec 2000

Junior Division - Age limit -
Players must be 11 years and under ( 11 years and below ) on 1st January 2012 to play in the Junior Division. ( For safety, those born on 1 Jan 2001- 31 Dec 2002 will be eligible )

For Nationals Tournaments:
Top 4 from each Zone qualify for Nationals.

Table Tennis C'ships 2012

Dear Teacher in-charge of Table-Tennis,

There will be a meeting and draw for the 2012 National Inter-Primary School Zone Table-Tennis Championship, the meeting will be held on 24 February 2012, Friday, at 3.00pm at Maris Stella High (Primary School Section) AVA Room. 25 Mount Vernon Road S36805.

If your school is going to participate in 2012 Zone Table-Tennis Championships. It is compulsory to send a Teacher to attend the meeting and draw on Friday 24 Feb 2012.
Please find attached for the SPSSC Table-Tennis Rules and Regulations 2012.

There will be a Table-Tennis Umpire Workshop for Teacher in-charge of Table-Tennis in Primary School on Friday 27 Jan 2012 from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm at PESEB Auditorium (Former CCAB Auditorium) 21 Evans Road S259366. 

The Workshop will be conducted by Mr Lau and Mr Yeo. (Singapore Table-Tennis Association Senior Umpire)

If you wish to attend this workshop you may sign up the workshop through MOE TRAISI. The closing date of the registration is on 26 Jan 2012.

Online registration for the National Inter-Primary Sepaktakraw Championships 2012 is now open. Please submit your confirmation of participation by 27th Jan 2012, and the details of your players by 3rd Feb 2012.

Usernames & Passwords have been sent to all HODPEs, Sports Secretaries for forwarding to the teachers in charge. Schools may also use their HODPE admin account (eg. 1234P-ADM) to register.

Please email admin@schoolsports.sg for your login if you have not receive yours.

Zonal Tournaments expected to start on 20 Feb 2012.

Age Divisions for 2012

The following age group divisions apply to all Sports and Games, with the exception of Gymnastics, Rugby, Swimming, Softball and Track and Field. (Please refer to the respective games specific Rules and Regulations for their age group divisions.)

Senior Division 12 and 13 years old (Born in the years 1999 & 2000)
Junior Division 9, 10 and 11 years old (Born in the years 2001, 2002 & 2003)
